Our Commitment in Action
Student Success Plans (SSPs)
Individualized Student Success Plans are developed for each student to identify their personal definition of success and map their education to their passions and possibilities. We empower students and families to take an active role in charting their own futures.
Ambassador Programs
We have developed a comprehensive approach to engaging new students that is inclusive of the family unit and emphasizes awareness of students' developing cultural identities.
- Student Ambassador Programs at all three schools (Asa Adams, Orono Middle School, Orono High School)
- Family Ambassador Program to support new families in connecting with our community
Ongoing Evaluation and Improvement
We rigorously explore our school culture, identifying barriers to access to create thoughtful change. Through surveys and other forums, we collect data that drives actionable strategies and measures improvement over time.
Other Special Programs and Initiatives
- Say Something and Speak Up at School - Providing safe channels for student voices and concerns
